Alcohol Ink Workshop with Yvonne Park
Sunday, February 11 2-5pm
|Join us for an easy, quick, fun filled workshop using alcohol inks to create beautiful art work. Come play and experiment with a relatively new medium for fine art- alcohol inks. With very little effort you can create interesting shapes and textures. We will be creating mostly abstract shapes such as florals and landscapes on ceramic tiles and Yupo paper. Don’t worry if you can’t draw, in this class you will create some beautiful pieces of art that you will be proud to take home and frame or give as gifts.

Add a new approach to your watercolors by incorporating pen and ink techniques with watercolors to create drawings with movement and energy.
No experience needed in either and subjects of your choice. Weather permitting, some classes outside.
Those paintings so readily available at retail stores, in this class, we will use them as a starting point for our own creations, as inspiration and guidance in an atmosphere with beverages (byo) and music.
Working on large boards, create your own mantel art or wall display. The process and steps are carefully demonstrated in this class and each student will select the subject and style ( abstract, contemporary, traditional…) with personalized instruction for their choices. A fun process but a great product!
