Glass Fusing is the technique of joining two or more pieces of glass by heat in a kiln.
Glass can be in the form of solid glass, frit, powder or confetti.
All projects will be ready for pick up by the following Thursday.
Create small glass project with Joan Phillips. In these short hour and half classes create small glass fusing projects using a variety of glass including glass powder and confetti.

November - Introduction to Glass Fusing with Joan Phillips
In this two-hour introduction class you will explore color and design with glass to create a 5" x 5" plate. You will learn the basics of glass fusing and cutting glass. You will have the opportunity to create a tile or slumped tile. (Glass slumping is a process that uses gravity and heat from a kiln to shape sheet glass using a mold). No experience necessary. Must be 18 or older. Please wear closed toed shoes.
