Dear Friend of The Arts Center of Clemson,
We are so grateful to have supporters like you making it possible for The Arts Center of Clemson to continue its mission of providing exceptional art education and making art accessible to the community.
In 2018 we had many successes. We saw total program registrations increase by 300 from the previous year. We served a total of 280 youth, 128 more compared to 2017, in our arts programming through the year which includes summer art camp, and after school programming at Clemson Elementary, Six Mile Elementary and R.C. Edwards. We awarded twenty-four scholarships to families in need.
In 2019, in addition to the continuation of providing art education by artist instructors, we will
- Partner with the Clemson Arts and Culture Commission and Downtown Neighborhood Association in organizing and participating in the new IDEAS festival
- Hold the third 20 Artists by 20 Workshops event
- Introduce a visiting curator program
Today we embark on our year-end campaign. Our goal is to raise $20,000 by December 31st so we can continue to serve the community with exciting arts programming, but we can’t do this without your help.
Donations from you help The Arts Center purchase supplies, repair equipment, purchase new equipment and provide scholarships.
With your support, we can impact our community in a lasting way.
